Due to Teacher Training on Wednesday, May 16th, AES will be having an Early Release at 11:00. Please take note of the time!!
Parents: If your child would like to purchase a bike helmet, we can order them at school through a program for $6.00.
Next Week Softball:
Monday, May 14th AES will travel to Charlotte. Bus will leave AES at 3:15. Game starts at 4:00.
Wednesday, May 16th will be a home game with Edmunds. Game starts at 4:00 p.m.
The buy 1 get 1 free book fair will be available next week Monday thru Thursday. Student will be able to start purchasing books daily until Thursday morning.
On Monday, May 14th there will be a Reading/Math night from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
On Monday, May 14th students in grades 4-8 will go to the Alexander Grange to see the Summit Stone Project. Permission Slips went home Thursday. Please return by Monday, May 14th.
The 8th grade will be attending Step-Up day to Woodland Jr./High School on Thursday, May 17th. The Alexander bus will pick up students on their morning run to the high school.
The Spring Concert will be taking place on Monday, May 21st at 6:00 p.m.
The Science Fair will take place on Tuesday, May 29th from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Yearbooks will soon be on sale for $10.00 each.
There will be two softball scrimmages with East Range II School on Wednesday, May 23rd at AES and on Thursday, May 24th the team will travel to Topsfield. Both games start at 4:00 p.m.
The Alexander 8th Grade will be holding a bottle drive on Saturday, May 19th, between 9:00-12:00 in the Alexander and Crawford area. If you have any bottles you would like to donate and would like to drop them off at the Can Man in Calais just let them know it’s for Alexander 8th Grade.
