Band is open for all students grades 4-8. Students are able to take advantage of the school's instrument rental program. Rentals are limited and are provided on a first-come first-serve basis, with preference given to younger/first year students. Please contact the school for more information.

Student Council

Student council members are elected annually by the student body. The student council is composed of middle school students who are interested in becoming leaders and advocates for the student body. The council attends annual conferences, conducts fundraisers, organizes events, and provides support for activities.

Art Club

The Art Club is an after school club for students with a passion for fine arts. The club will showcase artwork throughout the school year during events.

Yearbook Club

The yearbook committee will offer students a way to become actively involved in the annual yearbook design. Students will become involved in every step; from taking photos to designing the layout!

Summer Library

The Summer Library program is open to all children who are AES students OR reside in Alexander, Crawford, and Cooper. The program is offered once per week during the summer months. This is a chance for children and adults to interact through play and activities all summer long. For more information please contact the school.
