Announcements Week of 05/26/23

• Please remember to call the school or send a note if your child is out sick.
• Don’t forget to keep on reading those books.  You have until June 1st to get all your reading slips, with drawing to take place on June 2nd.
• Science Fair will take place on June 9th from 6-7 p.m.
• Last Student day will be on June 14th and it will be an early release.  Students will be dismissed at 11:15 a.m.
• No school on Monday, May 29th in observation of Memorial Day.
• Students in grades prek-1 don’t forget to bring in your permission slips for Wednesday, May 31st.
• Downeast Teen Leadership Camp registration is now open for teens entering grades 7-9. Visit the link for more info: https://healthyacadia.org/sb-detlc
• School Spirit Day is on Wednesday so don’t forget to wear your gold and black.  Hat Day is every Friday – you can wear a hat all day for $0.50.
• Thanks to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department today for the K-9 demonstration for the students and staff.  They enjoyed meeting K9-Kia!
