The Alexander School Department has updated its guidelines to be in line with State and Federal changes. Of note, masking is now optional on AES buses and in the building. Students and staff who test positive for COVID-19 are still required to isolate for 5 days, and may return to school after the 5 day isolation period only if they wear a mask for an additional 5 days (per CDC guidelines). Pooled testing and rapid testing of symptomatic individuals will continue. Students and Staff are encouraged to sign up for Pooled Testing. Please contact the school if you are interested.
