What: COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic administered by Eastport Health Care
When: September 23 and October 14 2021 Where: Shead High School, Eastport Who: For eligible students age 12+ Other: First dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be given on 9/23, with the second dose given on 10/14. AES will not be able to provide transportation to the clinic on this day, however, students will be excused from classes to attend.
